    Family Mediation video series

Family Mediation is a private, participative process.

In our Family Mediation Series, we explore how mediation can be useful for those who are willing to solve their issues away from court. An independent mediator helps parties to navigate the issues between them and find solutions. Mediation allows parties to stay in control of the outcome, rather than inviting the court to decide what should happen. The mediation process can be tailored to suit the needs of different families and is often a quicker and less stressful means of a resolving a dispute.

Our Family Team has seven specially trained mediators, both male and female.

Watch our Family Mediation Series to hear Sarah Anticoni, James Riby, Sarah Higgins, Shona Alexander, Sarah Jane Boon and Jamie Kennaugh discuss the process and dynamics involved and the key questions for those considering Family Mediation.
