Charles Russell Speechlys expands innovation offering with creation of new Advanced Client Solutions team

Charles Russell Speechlys today announces the creation of a new ‘Advanced Client Solutions’ team, made up of a total of ten newly created full-time job roles (all UK-based). The Firm begins hiring into the new department today and there will be 18 full-time roles by the end of 2024.

The Advanced Client Solutions department will contain various capabilities to help streamline the delivery of legal work within the Firm, incorporating Solution Development, Legal Tech & AI, Legal Project Management, Alternative Delivery and Process Improvement. The job descriptions for each role are now fully available on the Firm’s website here (under 'Careers' - 'Current roles').

The creation of the new department and team is a key part of a broader three-year Innovation strategy established and being led by Joe Cohen who joined in December 2023. The Advanced Client Solutions team will support the Firm in presenting the best possible offering to clients. Its creation is an important step in ensuring that the Firm keeps pace with market best-practice in innovation and technology across all offices.

Joe Cohen, Director of Advanced Client Solutions, comments:

The legal industry is evolving rapidly and, as a Firm, we must be forwarding thinking in order to deliver the best results to our clients. The creation of this new team is an exciting development and ensures we will have the required level of resource to take hold of technological developments with both hands and to move as quickly as possible. The ambition is that we will be the most innovative international private capital law firm by the end of 2025.
